Tenderloin Steak

This is our most high-end steak and is out-of-this-world!  You may sigh audibly when you take your first bite.  The packages over 8 ounces typically contains a couple to multiple individual filets.  This is steak cut from the beef tenderloin, which is the inside muscle of the short loin.
