Share of Beef - Quarter Beef

Ready May-June, 2024.

A quarter beef will be approximately 85 pounds of beef for a total cost of $880.  A $200 deposit is required to order.  Due to animal variability, the total take home weight will be variable and the final total can vary +/- $100.

Note: if you are comparing and shopping around this is equivalent to a price of $5.00/lb on the hanging/carcass weight.
