Share of Beef - Half Beef

Ready May/June, 2024.

A half beef will be approximately 165 pounds of beef for a total cost of approximately $1690.  A $250 deposit is required to order.  Due to animal variability, the total take home weight will be variable and the final total can vary +/- $100.

Note: if you are comparing and shopping around this is equivalent to a price of $5.00/lb on the hanging/carcass weight.
